How project supply works with us
Quote against the BOQ. Send the BOQ or material schedule in Excel, PDF or a photo. We return a brand-wise quote line by line at current trade rates, with equivalents marked where a specified item has a long lead time.
Rates held for the order. Once confirmed, rates are locked for that order or phase, so a wire price move in the market between order and dispatch is our problem, not yours.
Phase-wise dispatch. Conduit and boxes at slab stage, wire at pulling stage, DBs and switches at finishing. Pipes and concealed bodies early, CP fittings and sanitaryware late. Material lands when your programme needs it, not in one pile on day one.
One running account. Multi-tower and multi-phase projects run on a single account with consolidated GST billing and a clear ledger, so there is no requoting and no reconciliation between a dozen cash memos.
Top-ups. Mid-project shortfalls are reordered over WhatsApp against the same rates and usually move the next working day within Gurgaon.

Do you give credit terms to contractors?
Terms depend on order size and history. New accounts usually start on advance or delivery payment and move to agreed terms after the first few phases. Discuss it at the quoting stage.
How long do you hold quoted rates?
Quotes are valid for a stated period, typically 7 days for wire and cable because copper moves, and longer for switchgear, fittings and sanitaryware. Once an order or phase is confirmed, rates are held for that order.
Can you supply to a site outside Gurgaon?
Yes. Standard dispatch covers all of Delhi NCR. For projects further out we ship select material by transport; confirm the site location when sending the BOQ.
What formats do you accept for a BOQ?
Excel, PDF, Word, a photo of a handwritten list, or a WhatsApp message. Line items with brand, size and quantity get the fastest turnaround.
Will you substitute brands if something is unavailable?
Never silently. If a specified item is short or discontinued we flag it on the quote with an equivalent for your approval.
